Data provided when contacting are used solely to respond and to arrange a visit. Appointment booking is handled through the ZnanyLekarz (Docplanner) service — for the booking process the data controller is the operator of that service, in line with its own privacy policy.

Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a/b/f) GDPR (consent, steps taken at the data subject's request, legitimate interest) — [to be specified].

The site does not use tracking cookies for marketing purposes. The ZnanyLekarz booking widget may set its own cookies in line with the Docplanner policy.
